Great Energy and Vibes!! The drummer should play harder though!!!! It seems like he is holding back a lot, and that might be to protect his hearing (if not wearing any protection). Also, it seems like the crash cymbal that he is mainly playing on is positioned not comfortably for him, or at least from this angle it looks as if it is sloping downwards towards the bass drum. To make it more comfortable make it slope 45 degrees towards the player or if you want to be extra punk and run the risk of cracking easier have the cymbal angled to where the edge meets where the drumstick will hit. These two angles I have personally found to be the most comfortable for rebound and just playing in general. Hopefully this helps, sorry it was a long rant. I am pretty hard on my own playing and want to make others be the best that they possibly can. This is coming from somebody that has played for about 12 years now.
