I love its so fucking easy to nerf yone out of toplane but rito refuses to do it because the late game melee carry also has to win lane hard into all melee matchups and most ranged matchups. Make the ad ratio on his Q (and yas) scale with level or rank in ability. Nerf his base early. Completely remove the move speed from his E. Thankfully lethal tempo is being removed next patch
