You can point to the 4-9% of cases that are false allegations all you want, but when you have 9 people accusing you the odds that they are all lying, vs the odds of the person being a creep, are about the same as the odds you take a breath in the next 5 minutes vs the odds the earth has an asteroid hit it in the next 5 minutes.

thank you for speaking out. it really sucks knowing my own ex abuser is still out there (not in the rs community). for years after I broke up with him I continued to feel like I was the bad guy because he had made me push away all of my friends who defied him so all I had left was people who were on his side entirely. but later on I came back to this community that he was active in and it was like, a widely known fact that he was an extremely manipulative shitty person and people were trying to get the fbi involved. it sucks no one called him out before then because it probably would have prevented a lot of abuse from happening. a lot more people were abused by him after me and I'd had no idea. I believe there's this phenomenon in large social communities like this where there will be a known Bad Person that everyone just avoids but doesn't really talk about, and then new people join the community not knowing anything because no one else talks about it, and they fall victim to that bad person. it's better to speak up as soon as these things happen. I definitely know that as a victim it can be very difficult and terrifying to speak up against your abuser, especially if you're still affected by their manipulation and have that doubt about your experiences being "bad enough" to even talk about- but DO IT. just tell someone so you can get an unbiased perspective and maybe they'll be able to help. anyway thank you for making this video :)

I know my comment's gonna be oddly parasocial, but I truly appreciate you using your platform to speak out on behalf and for the betterment of other people. There's been a few times where my life's fallen (or been pushed) into some sort of dark depths or another, and around the same time you'd release a video about the horrors you and others have had to face, between your own mental health and, of course, dealing with manipulative and abusive people. But each of those times, you didn't sit and dwell upon what you "could've done better, could be doing better," etc. You took your fears and pain, and used them as motivation to propel others forward and build up the community so less have to fall into such pits themselves. I've been long caught in the process of seeking help for myself, having opportunities to better my life open and close simultaneously, and as I find myself in those times, I'm glad to see your videos both whether they're just funny cuwumie jokes, or when you drop the bit to talk about something deep and personal. The latter type of video really helps remind me "the world may look like it's shit and feel like it's full of abusive people, but that's not all the world is. There are people who care and want those around them to succeed, because there's strength in community."

I am kind of sad. I have been subbed to this man for almost 2 years. I've given bits and subs and stuff. I am sad that I didn't notice this before. He walks away during stream so often. He always has some situation irl which he struggles with. He always has trouble with moving. He always needs money despite insane amounts of donations. I don't know how I didn't see it but I am obviously not going to support it any longer.

I used to watch his streams alot. Used to donate alot to him too, he even gave me a vip at some point without gambling for one through his channel points or anything. The "jokes" he used throw around really have a different meaning now considering the word nonce was used quite frequently between him and his chatters. I eventually stopped watching him a year or two ago because of the... odd feelings he gave off and I'm glad I did. I had no real proof or any knowledge of this shit i just got this creeping feeling and left his community. I hope for the best of the victims and a swift investigation for the police.

as per the first 20 secconds of the video, this is actively being handled by police, and hannannie would of been told by the lawyer she mentioned to not show any screenshots as it gives defyj a chance to say these are fake and use it in anyway as a defence as a hate / beef video. defyj wont be live for a little while until he runs from this. if you truly believe defyj is innocent you are a creep as well plain and simple you deserve the same as him.
