Half kg Meat (lamb,Mutton,Beef,Chicken)
Half Cup of Oil
2 Medium Size Choped Onions
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
Half Tsp Black Pepper
1 Large Cinnamon Stick
2 Bay Leaves
4 Green Cardamon
2 Anis Star
4 Cloves
1 Black Cardamom
2 Tsp Garlic, Ginger Paste
2 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
1 Cup Of Yogurt
3 Medium Size Potatoes
2 Tsp Fenugreek Leaves
Salt to Taste
1.5 Kewra Water

This is a very good recipe, no issues with consistency, and a very good flavour. Other recipes with grinded onions etc still dont produce a smooth consistency. I added tomato and had a good result too. Well made video. Thanks for making this video!

When i check if the gohst is gull, i put a piece of meat in my mouth each time. When my kids see me do it they want to help me check the gull quality. Often, we never finish cooking the dish because our checking has resulted in the disappearanceof the meat!!! 🤣😂
