Thank you Belinda. I think this vid should be publicised everywhere, and I will share with many! It has really helped my understanding of silicones degradability. We’re all led to believe otherwise, by scare mongering and it’s just not true. Personally, I think without silicones, we’d all be a greasy mess! 😂

Thanks. Can you also make such a video about microplastics in cosmetics, and what you think about a website like beatthemicrobead.org. According their definitions there's hardly any cosmetic that's "green". Dimethicone is also on their red list btw...

Hi, I really like your content. Could you please make a video about benzoic acid/sodium benzoate in combination with ascorbic acid/ascorbyl palmitate, magnesium ascorbyl phospate etc. in cosmetic products? What is the truth about creation of benzen? Thank you. :-)

So using dimethicone in cosmetics is not harmful for skin, not dangerous and not cancérigène ?

Correct. Every ingredient that is approved for cosmetic use is considered safe if used within it's regulatory limits.

No, its perfectly safe and totally allergen free and non-comedogenic. You will find this video useful, which also shows it is not comedogenic: kzbin.info/www/bejne/j4HamXmwrb97eZo
