I just finished this & that's what I was thinking. Sometimes it ends at a bad time or it ends at a great time but the theme song doesnt fit the mood (such as He Aint Heavy or Can't Live with 'Em Pt. 1)...Sometimes it ends at a great time & the music really does fit however (Season's Greetings)

Well testing on animals had gone down. But other countries like China still do testing. But in the USA most brands don't.

Not really...Joey is way more relatable and less ... _purposefully troublesome_ than Jay, though they _do_ share some similar qualities: somewhat self centered, pleasure/thrill seekers, girl crazy, can't take anything seriously. Jay is far more snarky, sly, and a bit less loyal, though hye _did_ grow intoa better person. Joey is just immature and focused on instant gratification, but is more outwardly loyal, easy going, and generally a sweeter kid. Then again, the 20 year difference in time periods could account for a lot of that, too.

I love Jay but the family and friends they have change everything. Jay was not well surrounded since he was a kid...he started getting better as a person after he got with Manny. Joey on the other hand can be a jerk and at first he was immature but in DH he is shown to have changed even if he makes a lot of mistakes (like most teenagers) but I see the ressemblance

Dr. Sally loved the Zit Remedy’s music and Joey is happy about that, but it doesn’t change the fact that he got fired and the program manager didn’t listen to the tape. Joey let the idea of fame go to his head that he avoided responsibility of doing what it takes to get there. Maybe if he did do that janitor job right like he was supposed to and not leave the tape at the program manager’s office, Cindy would’ve noticed his efforts and maybe move him up to the next level and he would eventually build a relationship with the program manager.

This is one of the oddest DJH/DH episodes I have seen. It sort of meanders along with everyone seeming a bit underwhelmed about everything. Even Joey and Caitlin seem desperate for those credits to roll.

I'm sorry, but is Barney bond on _Prozac_ or something? This is the 4th episode I've seen him in, and the kid has about as much emotion as pre-set linoleum; _what_ 12 year old is always _that_ calm?! I can't tell if that's his "quirk" or if its just under developed acting, but he kinda weirds me out a little, considering the rest of the cast generally does such an amazing job.

I don't like Trish Skye either due to her downward spiral from being a bright student involved in extra-curricular activities during the Degrassi Junior High days, rebellious teenager whom struggled so much that she got put in Special Ed during Degrassi High, and then started to have a drinking problem in between School's Out and The Next Generation. If she was a consistent top student along with Caitlin Ryan, Kathleen Mead, Nancy Kramer, Lucy Fernandez, and Archie "Snake" Simpson, she would be one of my favourite characters.

One Degrassi character I never like was Trish Skye as she was intelligent and bright during Degrassi Junior High, but took a turn for the worse during Degrassi High as she became more rebellious, started to struggle at school to a point she was placed in a remedial class along with Joey Jeremiah and Luke Matthews, and started to act like a punk rocker. In between DJH and TNG, Trish got much worse as she started to have a drug addiction as well. If Trish Skye was consistently bright, intelligent, and decent like Caitlin Ryan, Kathleen Mead, Alex Yankou, Lucy Fernandez, Nancy Kramer, and Archie "Snake" Simpson, as opposed to heading to a downward spiral, I would have respected her more.
