I’m a bit confused about the video. Apparently it seems that you can commit non-culpable homicide due to negligence and willful blindness. Just like with the father who left his daughter to his car, he got negligent homicide but wasn’t really jailed [so, non-culpable right?]. Later on the vid there’s also negligence as a reason for involuntary manslaughter. The example was that roller coaster staff forgetting to buckle the seat of one of the passengers. How do you find the difference between these two cases where negligence is both in play? Both offenders didn’t really have malice against the victims.

It kind of expects from a person that he should be able to read the mind. There is a saying that a thief is the one that steals, but also the guilty for the theft are the ones that participated: the one that held the ladders, the one that held the light, the one that was the guard. In this case... 25 years, kind of cruel. Though, if the lender was the arrogant heartless person that knew what will be done, if that was obvious (not "I thought it was a joke"), than the lender is the provider of a means used in a particular crime. You know, he gave the criminals a helping hand.

@mpumelelokhumalo87173 жыл бұрын
It is possible he forgot his child. Doesn't mean he's mad. Think of it this way: people forget to pick their kids up from school (especially when they're still very young) because they are preoccupied with work. That doesn't mean they have some mental condition; they just forgot to pick up their child. Using that same logic, it's possible that guy forgot his child in the car because he was preoccupied with something else. The difference? Him forgetting his child led to the death of his child, unfortunately.

Those type of people rarely if ever do their own research on anything and not wanting to educate themselves and make sure they have all of the correct information and also not biased information on something. I know right! He should have gone to prison instead of the poor couple that got convicted because of some dog incident.

I liked watching the show oz, One guy fired a gun into the ceiling in a subway killing a woman on the next floor and he got criminally negligent homicide. Another guy got mad he lost a dart game at a bar and threw the dart in the back of the guys head and he got manslaughter. I like seeing the different degrees of crimes and the crime flashbacks with them

seems to me like giving someone the death penalty even though they were not directly involved in the crime is a conscious disregard for life.

This happened in New York I was there when it happened not there actually but I was in New York and the dogs were not on their leash. They got out of the apartment as the woman opened the door she had no control of the dogs!!!and she should not have been watching the dogs in the first place and her husband should have been home when she was going to walk them.
