1 - premeditated and done in full awareness of the situation 2 - not premeditated, but still done in full awareness. Often triggered by emotions (“passion crimes”) 3 - not planned for, usually accidental.

I’m a bit confused about the video. Apparently it seems that you can commit non-culpable homicide due to negligence and willful blindness. Just like with the father who left his daughter to his car, he got negligent homicide but wasn’t really jailed [so, non-culpable right?]. Later on the vid there’s also negligence as a reason for involuntary manslaughter. The example was that roller coaster staff forgetting to buckle the seat of one of the passengers. How do you find the difference between these two cases where negligence is both in play? Both offenders didn’t really have malice against the victims.

It kind of expects from a person that he should be able to read the mind. There is a saying that a thief is the one that steals, but also the guilty for the theft are the ones that participated: the one that held the ladders, the one that held the light, the one that was the guard. In this case... 25 years, kind of cruel. Though, if the lender was the arrogant heartless person that knew what will be done, if that was obvious (not "I thought it was a joke"), than the lender is the provider of a means used in a particular crime. You know, he gave the criminals a helping hand.

Well, cheating can result in failure of the marriage, so it means the victim's life was spent invain with a wrong person, person that lied at the wedding vows. Lifetime investment goes zero. One can't easily start over. Especially when older. Ans if no kids bcs if cheater's actions. Plus, that is the insult to the deepest human emotions, victim dedicated self whole, while the cheater not. The world tumbles upside down in an instant. Instant blackout, temporary insanity.

It is possible he forgot his child. Doesn't mean he's mad. Think of it this way: people forget to pick their kids up from school (especially when they're still very young) because they are preoccupied with work. That doesn't mean they have some mental condition; they just forgot to pick up their child. Using that same logic, it's possible that guy forgot his child in the car because he was preoccupied with something else. The difference? Him forgetting his child led to the death of his child, unfortunately.

Or....use these videos to do your own research with now being interested in the topic. The fact that most people will watch/hear something and then take it as there is no way nothing is false about it and or missing other information shows ignorance. Those type of people rarely if ever do their own research on anything and not wanting to educate themselves and make sure they have all of the correct information and also not biased information on something. It's why so many people say/repeat false things about politics and laws on certain topics all the time. America is slowly becoming an ignorant, arrogant and entitled country. I'm not saying you specifically, just using your comment as a place to put mine. Yes, these videos are/is a fun way to learn, but I always do my research on the videos I watch to make sure the information is correct and not from a biased view.

I liked watching the show oz, One guy fired a gun into the ceiling in a subway killing a woman on the next floor and he got criminally negligent homicide. Another guy got mad he lost a dart game at a bar and threw the dart in the back of the guys head and he got manslaughter. I like seeing the different degrees of crimes and the crime flashbacks with them

I was just in court the other day and a guy that ran a stop sign and killed someone with his car by accident, Got no jail time but had to pay restitution to their family. Around $15,000. He also got 3 years probation and if he misses a payment to the family, he's gotta pull 7 years. He wasn't under the influence of anything and just made a mistake by running a stop sign. I think this judgment was fair. The person's family didn't object and seemed at peace with the decision. It's now on the guy who made the mistake to help the family out and make it right. He better work hard if he wants to keep his freedom. IDK what payments are per month... It's sad all around sometimes..
