I would be curious to see how the film look tools Blackmagic added to Resolve 19 stack up against Dehancer. Hard to justify paying more for a plugin than the application itself.

How would you use Dehancer if your shooting 3D animated film inside Unreal Engine?

I’ve never done anything in Unreal Engine, so I’m not exactly sure of the workflow. But you could easily use Dehancer to create a “filmic” look for the animation. I’d probably use it to get a specific film profile look, like using the 2383 film print and maybe adding some film grain.
