He is not the person to run a major college program. He lacks the skill set to manage and lead, to take on trouble and adversity. He does not possess the tact and leadership. He is unable to take criticism and it is reflected in the demeanor of the program. The skill set needed to not just coach but manage a college football program is missing.

Deion is what America said she was about. Someone pulling themselves up by their bootstraps and winning. Deion has taken chances, invested in himself and made a lot of moves that worked out for him. His hard work got him to the Hall Of Fame. He has had haters who were jealous of him all through his life up to today. He knows jealous reporters when he hears them. He's had to deal with them most of his life. Like it goes you hate him cause you aint him.

He tends to attack after a win. When they lose, he’s timid and small in these pressers. Deion’s pattern and lack of self awareness for how to act as a CEO of a P4 is embarrassing for that university. Sanders believes he’s the smartest person in the room and wants to use the media to spin his agenda yet it backfires to all, except his devoted followers, which judging from IG and YT channels is about 500k, give or take.

Also, it’s kind of an irrelevant fact, but that video of the CSU quarterback, talking trash, that video was from five weeks before the game against CU. So when the guy on the left said that the CSU quarterback was talking trash during the week, that’s not really true. It was five weeks before the game. But still as the quarterback of a terrible team like CSU, you should not go around talking trash haha

We are the ones receiving jealousy and hate because we get the eyeballs each week, have Travis Hunter, dazzle with Shadeur, benefit from hall of famers coaching, coordinated by NFL level coaches. I can't imagine what it would be like at almost any other college program without this firepower and potential.
