You're absolutely right man. You can feel it through the phone! It's CRAZY how that happens, b'cuz it's addictive and motivational just watching. I no longer regret what I didn't do, or take advantage of as a younger man. I'm pursuing goals that are obtainable and adjusted for me now. It's all about LIFE, believing, knowing, and what it takes, AND DOING IT. Whoever said, "Trying is dying" meant it for motivation, but IT'S A LIE! Nothing happened without effort, A TRY to accomplish IT! TRY AND TRY HARD, IN MOST CASES, TRY HARDER! YOU'LL ACHIEVE!

I loved that Coach Deion is letting his players know about how to properly get NIL deals and that being able to represent a brand well is important. I would suggest that ALL of the players take a public speaking class or some kind of extensive Communication class to make sure they are able to articulate themselves well.

After watching these videos, many people need to apologize to coach Prime for the way they have treated him. His character has been dragged through the mud, his narrative spun, and he has been called derogatory names. However, in reality, he has done nothing different except coach a different team. He simply has a unique effect on the players. His belief system, standards, and love for helping his players are still the same. His confidence remains unshaken, and he still wants what is best for his team. Yet, despite all this, it is evident that hate is present. Some were willing to support him when he was winning, but only if it was not in their league. It is difficult for them to admit that he was an asset as a player and continues to be an asset as a coach.

10:16 - 10:50 is why fathers/strong male figures are needed. The engaged look on that kid's face is pure respect and attentiveness. Many of these kids are in desperate need of this. If they don't get it from their actual fathers many will get it from a coach. Unfortunately, many will get it from gang members. Bravo to Deion for being a father figure to so many young men under his watch.

I have to say my respect for DEION has grown. The way he seems to love his kids and talk to them and spend time with them is encouraging. The way he wants to mentor and help these young black men not just in sports but with their character is commendable and MUCH NEEDED. I hope he is impacting them morally and with His professed Christian faith while speaking only God's truth even when we all struggle to live it but Jesus is the standard not anything else. He is helping them the best way he knows how and that's through football. If every reputable, upstanding professional or athlete started investing time, resources, connections etc. In our community we will see change but it can't leave God out either or it will be fruitless and lead in negative way. Most professionals are just invested in themselves and gettign a name for themselves and their own. Never thinking how they are impacting society and missing any regard for God. Hope Deion can stay growing in His Christina life as well and he has that accountability too

I really don't know if the majority of people understand the scope of what PRIME is doing. The Impact he is having right now, but what's gonna be even bigger is the impact he's gonna have on the future of these kids, the coaches he's giving a shot too and this amazing family oriented community. Shit who am I kidding he is even having an impact on us followers/viewers at home. I don't know about y'all but after I watch episode especially if Prime gives a speech, I'm immediately motivated to get up and do something productive something that's going to impact my life for the better even if it's 1% better. And not only for yourself. He makes you want to involve yourself in others life to help them better their lives as well. This is what leadership and character looks like. ACROSS THE BOARD! Thanks for the pleasure of watching you gentlemen. Y'all are a bright light shining in a continuous dimming, dark world. Keep winning! Much Love, JR
