The reason the patriots are so successful are because their team culture is different from other teams. They only have players that are 100% bought it and focused on their specific task. The NFL's deflategate case was thrown out of supreme court. NFL's attorneys admitted to the judge the had no conclusive evidence against Brady. New England has had plenty of controversial calls go against them. It's just only a story when it goes in their favor. Not sure what you mean by he wasn't the #84 he was on Vikings. He had 1492 yards which was second best in his career in an offense that spreads the ball around. He also had 23 TD's which was a career high. He played 1 season with Matt Cassel and Brady in 2009 coming off an ACL tear. He got traded half way through the 2009 season.
