Rachel actually is talking the most sense here. Their results will obviously hinge on how much they improve upfront. On paper they did improve. Just have to wait and see what the results say. Fanduel has their over/under win total at 5.5. I think that’s reasonably placed with me liking the over. Which is still improvement if they get 6+ wins. If he goes 9-3? Then he’s probably is getting calls from SEC/B10 schools with job openings. Now whether he accepts? That’s another question. 9-3 probably puts him in the conversation for varying levels of coach of the year awards too.

Eight years ago Colorado won 10 games and the Pac 12 South. This year they will be the Big 12 without OU or TX, either Colorado or Utah will win this conference. Moving from the Pac 12 to the Big 12 will be a huge step down in competition.

Also I believe the conference will be competitive from a standpoint that not only the conference championship is on the line. I think the fair answer is that we all have to wait & see. The roster looks better than last year, some clips of practices look good & the staff seems to be better connected with Coach Prime, the team & more focused on creating a winning culture than last year's staff. I think Shedeur & Travis and others on their last year will be giving it their all. I think that may be the energy that pushes the team into 8+ wins. It could be an ok season or dominant one for them. Im leaning more towards a dominant season for the Buffs.
