Hello Anuradha. Thanks for watching. You can wear some ring in your ear. The chain can be added to this ring till your hole gets large
@rubin5942 жыл бұрын
You can insert an ring made of wool.. In some time it'll enlarge. You can later wear Ath in 3-4 months.
@sunitaticku3632 жыл бұрын
However you have to make sure that it is a pure ( 100% ) wool thread. Otherwise , wearing the gold hoop is the best solution.

@@Tanvi-wx3sf Noone is forcing you, now this question why women wear ornaments is good one but you need to look back in history. Look at pictures of kings and princes they all used to wear kundal in ears, chains in neck and kada or thick bracelets and waist Kamar bandh. But over times men stopped or lost their shringaar side and it stayed mostly with women folks. What are reasons for that ?? May be india as colonized state or foreign influences of different cultures since 9th AD... As I observe kashmir culture closely through my acquaintances I don't see much ornaments like mangal sutra, nath, Payal, lots of bangles, buchiya. These are not there. Dejhoor is prime ornament of married woman and both married with husband alive and widow with no husband wears it. Women are free to wear other ornaments as well as per liking so many women born post 1947 depending upon their exposure to different cultures wear xyz and many don't. It us personal choice after all. Many kashmir women don't wear dejhoor also on daily basis so nobody is forcing anyone. Non Brahmins or non kashmir can't wear - there is no such question. Suppose your family has some rules, some habits , some tradition and an outsider guest is influenced by them and wants to participate. Surely they can. They need to understand significance, history importance , and if they appreciate then go on. Culture and history develop over time and each community has different culture as it evolves from that society itself. Each society is different, philosophy, religious practices, economical activities, environment, weather, food , language, arts etc all in together and many more create culture and this culture changes from one part to another. If you as person don't like much make up or ornaments don't wear on daily basis or wear minimal if that is very much required. Now if you find widow practices prejudiced in many parts of India where they break ornaments etc that is entirely different topic and is really painful and shouldn't be done.
