The fight at Kamino allowed All Might to give all his quirk to pass the baton down, but this fight is an affirmation of what made him worthy in the first place AND reminds that even after one life stage is over, you can still find a new purpose in life. Even if it's just to buy time till your kid cleans up the mess.

I just think All Might is in his prime mentally. The fact that he's laughing and his eyes look alive and youthful, might just mean that he's at peace with this fight in whatever way it goes. He's expressed all he has and seemingly has shown up to the biggest stage in the world. Surprisingly, he is also recording this as probably for his students or future students of the school. Plus, he is super close to Midoriya, so maybe the vestige can pick up his battle spirit. I assume that All Might will tap into the vestige world one more time and draw out his final hidden ember or maybe being in close proximity of an evolved Midoriya, grants him some sort of renewed strength and thats why he can fight as well as he is. I wouldn't doubt that he gets his muscle form for one last time, and thats what ends the fight, but overall, ends his life.

Maybe him dying and the force ghost fulling forming will be what allows Izuku to finally access 100% of one for all. That the death of the previous user is a necessary catalyst for One for All to be fully activated. Also, it would also be a good parallel once All for One fuses with Shigaraki: those two are together (master and apprentice) and then Izuku and All Might are together (vestige) as master and apprentice.

Like I said before, this makes All Might's arc come full circle even more than it did before. I absolutely love All Might as a character, and him accepting himself as a quirkless hero is such a neat way to round things off on account of his first conversation with Deku. In a way, All Might got his strength here from Deku (and the rest of 1A) just as Deku got his strength from All Might (both literally and figuratively). Despite Toshinori being a bit absent in the past few arcs, I still really like that he was kept around. Like when he was basically the only pro hero looking out for Deku during the villain hunt arc. All in all, I think All Might has really proven himself to be one of the best characters in the series tbh.

Ok crackpot theory: All Might’s death will grant Deku the strength of his vestige; thus Deku inherits All Might’s strength. Meanwhile Shigaraki and All for One will fuse (thus both the good and bad guys have successfully given their strength to the new generation); however while the calm and collected All for One may have originally had the inner fortitude to suppress Shigaraki, this reckless, younger self gets suppressed, allowing Shigaraki to be the dominant personality. In the final fight, there will be a highlight of how the vestiges and Deku are working in sync, while Shigaraki and All for One are antagonistic/sabotaging each other over the body’s control. That’s all I got in terms of predictions.

the moment I feared is about to happen, I'm kind of sad to think that All Might won't live to see Midoriya become the #1 hero like they promised in the Overhaul arc but maybe he can make it through the vestiges, if Toshinori Yagi is going to die then it will happen with him doing what he always did, fighting to protect people's peace and smile with or without quirk and that makes me think of a theory, if the vestige felt the fight from that distance will it be that if All Might dies can OFA receive a power boost? because what it suggests is that when the predecessor is alive it remains in the traces as a silhouette and when it dies it manifests itself completely so that the core of the quirk could be complete and give the full power that would serve to overcome All For One

I think this was more of a symbolic issue, I don't remember if it was explained but it kind of hinted that that black part in All Might's eyes was more of an artistic choice since the muscled form has the same shading style in superhero comics and for the skinny form it would be that All Might would have "sunken eyes" with only the shadow around and the pupils being visible, but here it would be like he was going back to his origins and being the same Toshi from the beginning who was full of energy and wanted to be a symbol for people

A third way you can interpret the vestige panel. All Might's face is getting clearer in the panel, possibly meaning he is rapidly approaching his death, and will soon only be living in the vestige world. Also, with a name like Uravity Thruster (or whatever it was called) doesn't it sound like All Might will be launching himself and AFO into space, ending the conflict when they both suffocate in the vacuum.

I actually dislike All Might being originally quirkless. I always thought it made Izuku more special because All Might, this all powerful hero, recognized that even though Izuku was quirkless, he had what it took to be a hero and would therefore be worthy of the gift of one for all. So for me this detracts from that and makes Izuku and All Might’s connection less special. Interested to hear if others feel the same or prefer All Might’s quirkless revelation?

I doubt AFO will allow All-Might to die before he can see AFO become Shigaraki, proving to All-Might that not only failed to save his students but also his master's only family left. I see AFO disabling All-Might and carrying him to Deku and Shigaraki. Deku seeing All-Might near death, going into berserker mode, AFO infiltrating his mind and almost takin OFA when All-Might commits the final sacrifice. Just before Izuku is taken over, All-Might's vestige grabs Izuku's hand and pulls him out his despair and combining OFA into a god quirk. I also called All-might making AFO burn massive amounts of power so it would make him rewind faster weeks ago

As ridiculous as All Mights armor is I don't get the takes of AM fighting AFO now ruining his arc and making his Kamino fight pointless. You cant Cherrypick story moments without context, AM fighting his nemesis when literally every option has been exhausted doesnt take away from him leaving everything to the next generation. Its his faith in them and motivating them that got Todorki/iida to stop Dabi, motivated them in their final prep training for this war and him devoting himself fully to teaching all of 1A prior to that. He's fighting right now so that they'll have a future because that future is riding on Deku. I dunno it just feels really popular to dump on MHA for anything lately when there are areas that need harsher criticism than this instance imo.

With Shonen Battle Manga being a step by step battle of power ups, that seems to be on the horizon for Shigaraki/AFO and Izuku/AM. All Might dies, his vestige gets fully acclimated into OFA, his spirit on its way into Izuku/OFA passes through Bakugo, reviving him. Once AM gets completely absorbed, Izuku and AM embrace and cry in the vestige world, this unlocks AM's muscle form for Izuku and his last power up within OFA. Shigi manipulates now child AFO and absorbs/enslaves him like AFO planned to with Shig. The fandom in its entirety wins, we had a final AM/AFO fight and also a Prime AM (now Fully Evolved OFA Midoriya) and Prime AFO (Fully Evolved AFO Shigi) fight. I can't think what would have to happen with Bakugo because when he gets revived that shifts the scales severely into the heroes favor... Maybe Shigi steals Bakugo's explosion quirk... That kind of makes sense since we haven't really seen a devastating AFO Quirk steal yet (Hawks was past his prime/injured when his was stolen), Bakugo becomes what he made fun of all his childhood, quirkless. Or maybe Izuku finally faints (the timeline of him using gear shift kind of lines up), experiences All Might being absorbed into OFA. While this happens Bakugo has to hold Shigi back and protect Izuku/OFA. Or Bakugo shakes to life ready to fight and Shigi could just steal all the downed heroes in his vicinity that tried to stop him. And he has some new type of quirk mastery quirk that allows him to use quirks like Best Jeanist's to it's full potential. Either way these closing chapters are going to be bangers.

I think the next Chapter will result in All Might's death, but perhaps also All for One's Death as well. With All Might's Vestige being fully formed and AFO rewinding to nothing before he can reach Shigaraki. I think Deku will feel it through All Might's Vestige and probably send him into a fit of emotional turmoil because he fought so hard to change Nighteye's vision of the future. Maybe something similar could happen with AFO and Shigaraki. Then I think Deku's emotional turmoil may put One for All at risk of being stolen until All Might's Vestige, now fully realized, quells Deku's emotions in extremely emotional exchange, saving the Quirk.

A small detail that people may not notice is WHY AFO is getting stronger as he gets younger. The dr.s quirk "life-force" gives him a long life at the cost of physical strength. So as he ages down he's no longer using life-force. This is why his quirks got stronger after rewind
