Oh I didn’t fully watch the vid yet either but I was thinking Deku isn’t gonna die cus in the beginning of the series he says this is how I became a great hero, and although he is doing a lot of dangerous hero work, he isn’t fully a “hero” yet. So he couldn’t die now, either way because he technically is not a full on hero.

Or the quirk will be destroyed entirely and he gets the quirk people suppose he was born with. But what would it take for it to be as good as one for all? An ability that allows you to use quirks that you have completely understood? That would make sense. If you think about it that could be why he is mentally so obsessed with figuring out other heroes quirks and fighting styles. It wouldnt be purely from his own interest but also a literal evolution for his psyche/mind caused by being borne with such a quirk. I know it's unlikely but I like my theory!

One thing that doesn't add up, Ujiko is around 120 years old, he became acquainted with AFO about 70 years ago and his quirk gives the user twice the lifespan of a normal person. I'm sure AFO is at least 150 years old but he looks the same age as when his brother was still alive.

I feel like the more new information we get about the one for all quirk. Hirokoshi is telling us the quirk is sentient like maybe when AFO got rid of his brother the first go around his brother realized that the users of one for all presence can live on and guide the next user. Only thing hirokoshi has to do before the end of the series is explain why previous users couldn't access the other quirks inside one for all. Also ABD one for all will definitely be transferred at the end of the series just as a wrap up of the story and the quirks meaning: a quirk to be passed down from generation to generation this quirk will definitely be around after deku done as a hero.

Maybe Shigaraki's new power will be that things he disintegrates are actually stored inside himself. For example, any hero he disintegrates is stored inside of him and he can access their quirks, just like the vestiges are stored inside of Deku. Recently had a thought. What if the same thing that happened with All for Ones brother happens with Shigaraki? We all know the story of the first One For All user. Thought to be quirkless then AFO gave him a quirk to stockpile power. It was revealed he had an actual quirk which was the ability to pass his quirk on to the next person. The two quirks merged together to form what's now known as One for All. My point is. What if shigarakis decay quirk fuses with the quirk manipulating powers of All for One? This would give Shigaraki the ability to completely destroy someone's quirk at a genetic level. Hed be an organic EMP generator for Quirks.
