I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who thinks about the hardships of being a hero in MHA. It really goes to show that everything Deku, All the hero course student and even the Pros have gone through are beyond good vs. evil. I understand there's criticism regarding Uraraka's fight against Toga. Going back to what I stated already, Uraraka, like Deku and the others, are fighting for their lives trying to save everybody during this concurrent arc, and doesn't let Toga's twisted mind games or her feelings get in the way of doing her job as a hero. That's just my small take.

The relationship between Deku and Uraraka is basically both of them have feelings for each other for sure. But this is the hero's story everyone tries so hard to become a good hero, that's why for now Deku and Uraraka can't have a love relationship. Even Uraraka notices herself and knows that her love feeling for Deku distracts her cuz she knows herself she still needs to improve her skill to become a good hero. That's why this ship needs to wait till the endgame or when both of them become a good hero as they want. I am sure both of them will not fall in love with another character. If both of them not end up with each other, I think they end up with a single.

Ok, here me out: *Since the stockpiling half of OFA* has been secretly holding quirks of past holders, all while super charging them *waayyy* past their max power, ............... *WHAT IF* the "AFO" quirk is secretly hiding inside stockpiling half of OFA, and that's actually meant to be some *BIG* twist later, *WHICH would be another* type of reason why Izuku becomes the "Worlds Greatest Hero" as it would *ALSO help explain the Quirk Singularity Sub-Plotthat was introduced into the story of the MHA Universe by* having a reformed Chisakai in the future being used/helping the government with his research into Quirk genetics by using Deku's blood mixed with Eri's Eri's blood to *create a vaccine to give to ppl* of society to save them from the Quirk Singularity, thus also preventing the apocalypse. Especially since Izuku has a SUPERCHARGED Version of AFO, and having that mixed with Eri's blood...BOOM: Crisis averted and civilians saved from their own quirks growing/evolving to suicidal destruction.

I think since Toga does not have the same type of feelings for Twice (like she does for Deku and Uraraka) she may not be able to use his quirk so it's only for the few specific people she really 'loves', and that might be the limitation of her quirk to not be too OP (this is just speculation though).
