The sixth season of My Hero Academia has finally come to an end and we wanted to share our thoughts about it. We review the good, the bad and all the pressing questions we had. Ohhh a lot of your questions were answered already or will be answered next season. About the stuff that was already answered : The taterus escape was only possible because AFO both acted from the inside and outside at the same time. AFO did struggle. UA is so well prepared because the principals quirk is „high specs“, so he is literally smarter than any human and can calculate stuff in seconds. Plus it helps that he has cementos and power loader as teachers living in UA. One digs huge holes in seconds and is a tech expert, the other can buil stuff in seconds and is an architect. Shiggy is basically a perfect Nomu at this point which is why he is so op, but it’s also huge foreshadowing and will be explained more in detail next season… Then about the civilians… While I agree with you about their behaviour being selfish, you have to see it from their perspective as well: Imagine the police is planning a raid on a mafia hide out in two locations and as a result seemingly random thousands die and millions become homeless, all while them main mafia leaders escape and start to use the situation to destroy prisons. Then it turns out, that the number one celebrity supported by the government is a complete piece of trash who bought a wife and abused his family and his son is actually one of the main mafia members. The “war arc” is only dubbed “war arc” by fans but really it is the “jaku city raid”. The civilians roit, because they are afraid and traumatised and people like AFO specifically use that. It’s a good metaphor for how radicalisation and extremism works as well. That’s why Ururaka has to appeal to the humanity of them. She asks them to basically look past everything and really just see the broken human in front of them.

thanks for your comment! very insightful. Just got some things to add... With regards to the Tartarus break in, I understand it was an inside job, but Shigaraki's EMP quirk seemed to have completely levelled the entire prison. Since AFO has been a menace to society for several generations you would think that the prison would be aware of that ability and maybe take some precautions against it (seems reasonable). Also makes sense that UA is better protected for those reasons (also private funding vs government funding lol). With regards to the civilians, logically (assuming they know all of the facts about what went down), they must understand the opportunity cost of the raid. If the heroes did nothing, they risk Shigaraki reaching full potential, which I am assuming would spell the loss of tens of millions of lives, due to the fact that his main motive is to "cause as much destruction as possible with his friends". It just happens to be that Shigaraki can reduce cities to ashes faster than the heroes could evacuate them. In light of this, the civilians would all be better off helping/supporting the heroes instead of contributing to the rapid descent of society to disorder and crime, regardless of how they feel. Removing the heroes completely/throwing hate at them will not change the fact that Shigaraki pulverized everything, it just leaves them even more vulnerable. They chose the worst possible outcome for themselves, which is sad imo (you make a great point about radicalisation and extremism: fear, clouded judgment and misinformation explains this behaviour). Whats worst is that if the heroes did nothing they would have been criticized for being indecisive and letting the enemy strike first, if the heroes did something they would be blamed for any damages incurred. There are no winning situations for the heroes in my opinion.

@@bruhviews the citizens never understood or knew about the insane power of the LOV, as this information was kept secret. The hero association expected the heros to raid this in one sweep thanks to Hawks information. Most of the civilians Deku and the rest tried to evacuate did only get a very shallow reason why they should evacuate to begin with. They thought they basically could cover up that something like the PNLF was even a thread and that everyone is a ok as usual. Which is exactly what Nagant was talking about, about transparency and false pictures and what Shiggy meant when he talked about “they are arrogant but I will not underestimate the heros anymore”. This is also why the report covered up that kids were involved to begin with. Even up until the inner destruction of society most civilians didn’t really get what was going on. Not to mention that broadcast stations shut down and that there was a travel ban as the result of Japan being declared a war zone. Which is what the left over hero group discussed in that hut, because giving more information could lead to a panic or could benefit them but since the civilians are super traumatised, they are not thinking clearly so giving them more information could be potentially dangerous. And for the Emp attack, you should rewatch the escape. AFO is not able to decay everything at all, because they took precautions by building the prisons below sea level. So AFO decaying the main prison would drown himself. AFO did only decay the first outpost on land. AFOs emp was also just strong enough to disturb the system for a few seconds. If he himself wouldn’t know that and busted the door open from the inside at the exact moment, AFO could have not escaped. It had to be perfectly synchronised (AFOs words) and no one prepared for that to happen, cause it was not known until that point that AFO is capable of sharing his consciousness. Which is ultra scary, because remember what he said to Deku about “each time in give away a quirk” and where did OFA come from again and why is that dude always smiling?

Great video bro but the reason you aren't getting many views is probably because of the thumbnail, "ohio deku" doesn't really scream "watch me" let the meme die hope you learn from your mistakes and great job. FYI this just constructive criticism I got nothing against you.

thank you bro, we appreciate the feedback! Just trying some new things out and trying not to be the same old "Its really Good/ Best season yet" thumbnail (which seems to work regardless of how much its used lol). Surprisingly this one is getting more views than our other videos so it must be working I guess?? Will keep your comment in mind for future videos tho. Also just so I can get a better picture of a viewer's perspective, what are the main things that make you want to click a video? Your insights would help us out!
