my quirk: Mighty Medic similar to recovery girls powers, but it passively heals all wounds and fatigue from the user and whoever he/she touches with their glowing birthmark. and the healing also affects muscles, so when you train enough you'll develop super strength that can rival all-might's. but you cannot control your healing touch, if the glow is on your hands and you punch someone, you'll do the opposite of damage. and the heal transferring to another drains the power way more than healing yourself. the touch doesn't stop healing until the user is dead (witch the user can perish if they heal for too long), other recovery powers cannot replenish it's reserves, the only way to do that is through eating and sleeping. a strange occurrence with this quirk is that all recorded bearers are contagiously kind, both figuratively and literally, people within a certain distance in their presence experience a calm sensation of nirvana, emotions like anger and sadness are dulled while basking in their aura.

Basically a Time quirk is being able to pause someone for up to a certain amount of time depending on the character’s status, and they can also reverse someone’s memory from up to a certain point. Some rare appearances of the quirk is being able to stop time for however long u like as long as their state of health is perfectly normal.

I'm imagining this but like Shigaraki or Dabi tied up and like quirk locked somehow and just interrogating them about their quirk. (Edit/add on) Make it Dabi. Then have like an extra scene where Shoto gets jealous you were left alone with another fire user. It'd be fluffy and entertaining. Much like this video.
