I had the chance to see Deltron 3030 perform live in Long Beach a few years ago. At one point during the set, the music stopped suddenly apparently due to losing power on stage (I think the mics and some lights were still working, though). While Dan the Automator and the production crew were trying to get power back on, Del had the drummer play a beat and started spitting the dopest freestyle (off the dome) for us until they got the power working again, and it ended up being one of the highlights of the show.

What i like about older freestyles like this (Del) is that you could tell there weren't any or very few lines they got ready to spew when they heard a trigger word. no punchline set ups or anything like they do nowadays. Don't get me wrong, when I hear an eminem type freestyle with a bunch of punchlines, it's great but this old style is a lost art where there are very few (or none at all) set ups. He's laughing a lot because you could tell he's really trying to think of shit from the top of his head instead of pulling shit from the past.
