Prices start in the $400s for single family homes. I did not reference any prices as they change periodically. You may email me to get their updated list with prices. [e-mail] HOA fees are about $440-460/month.

I hope Del Webb in Florida is better and more reputable than Del Webb in Phoenix. They have many complaints with the BBB and the ATT Gen office.
