Excellent video! Wife & I just watched this because we are highly interested Southern Harmony. I've seen a video on problems dealing with the monthly cap on construction. Seems in Arizona this lead to lot bidding over asking price. Do you have a video, or can you explain in detail the buying process? Especially on a new project like Southern Harmony, want to avoid any surprises at or near closing.

It will, however, be a first-come-first-served situation. I have a few ways for you to stay on top of that.
