While I agree with they are good and if you like it definitely buy the album...though your comment was 2 years ago from this one -- Green Day is an odd example in 2017 (when you made the example, and even more so today -- 2019) and Delain is doing ok financially...Charlotte's net worth as of simple google search in Aug 2019 --- about 185 million dollars. That's more than many movie stars...so Delain certainly makes millions. :)

I can't imagine them without Charlotte, the timbre of her voice is unique...but I will continue to follow both Delain (since it will be just a Martijn's project with some guests like Ayreon) and Timo, Joey and Otto, and, of course, Charlotte. I feel the same about Nightwish, although I hope that Marko will return someday (I think that Yannis Papadopoulos from Beast In Black would be the perfect substitute, but I'm just dreaming!😅)

Nightwish, at least, has a fantastic track record of getting incredibly talented replacements after a singer leaves the group. I am confident that however they proceed, it's going to be great. I certainly hope that both Delain and Charlotte will find similar success!

Damn I had no idea. I know Melissa Bonny left too. I usually would be optimistic however I know Charlotte wrote their songs so that is a huge loss for Delain. Marco I'm not surprised....I know he mentioned mental health, however the members are getting up there in age so sooner than later that is reality though I imagine Tuomas for sure will be doing music to the grave.
