Delaware Water Gap Blending Live Composite 2021

This video will show you how I blended a daytime Live Composite image with a conventional long exposure from the Delaware Water Gap on top of Mount Minsi in Pennsylvania looking at Mount Tammany in New Jersey. To get here I will show you my winter hike along the way on the Appalachian Trail. As I move along the trail, I'll share some of my images. Some of the vistas along the way are breathtaking. Great picture. Frank do you use ND filters for live composite during daylight? If so, do you uses a variable ND filter? I don’t believe you can use the live ND filters on the OM-D EM-1 at the same time as live composite.

Pete, Thanks for reaching out. Yes, I use a ND filter when shooting daytime Live composite. I don't use a variableI filter. I use a 10 stop ND. As along as you have Live Composite mode on your Olympus camera, you can use ND Filters. I'm presently using Benro filters.

@@ftaylorsmith Thank you Frank. I will check out some Benro ND filters. Have you tried the live ND filters? That is what I was referring too. I don't think you can do both at the same time in camera. Take care.
