This is an open message to Raila; somebody please bring it to his attention. Raila wherever you are, look at these very legitimate protests; just imagine these workers do not have the wherewithal on staging protests; but there they are, they find themselves in the need, yet that job has an 'employee' who is absent for whatever reason. Take this scenario that the management knew of the same, so the employee appointed by his colleagues to lead was called and talked to by management. He was told that it's not necessary to lead strikes as this would bring the organization to shame. However to ameliorate his possible suffering for missing in action he was taken out to some luxurious hotels. He was even promised promotion and also asked to resign from that extra headache. Raila make a judgement on this employee.
