Hello from Jakarta, INDONESIA. I love Thai cuisine. Every time I dine in Thai restaurants in Jakarta I always eat this for dessert. I thought it uses jelly for outside but it’s just food coloring + creativity.

That is awesome. This recipe is famous nowadays. But you made it one of the best ✨ I have question, I understood that the stem of the chilly was taken from an actual chilly, but what about the other fruits, did you use a real twig with real leaves, and if so after some days the leaves and them will dry out, that won't look great
