The Rapid Rail running on the Delhi-Meerut corridor will also pass through the country's widest tunnel. Not only this, cross passes will also be given every 250 meters, so that passengers can move from one tunnel to another in case of emergency. A side walk-way will also be built in the tunnel. The diameter of the tunnels being built for the Regional Rapid Transit System is being kept at 6.5 metres. However, tunnels up to a maximum diameter of 5.8 meters have been constructed in the corridors of metro trains running in 15 to 20 cities of the country. This is because the speed limit of Rapid Rail is 180 kilometers per hour and the average speed of 100 kilometers per hour will generate shock waves in the tunnels. Because of this, passengers may have to face inconvenience due to air pressure. o reduce this inconvenience, it has been decided to increase the diameter of the tunnels to 6.5 metres. The larger diameter tunnels will minimize the high air pressure and ensure safe travel for the people. Another notable feature is that the life of tunnels is usually made for a time period of five to six decades. In such a situation, emergency exit facilities are also being constructed keeping in mind the safety of the passengers in the underground parts of Rapid Rail.

His toll rate will be fixed by the number plate reader and GPS system, but in the absence of FASTag, it will be converted into challan. The number plate reader cameras on the expressway will scan the vehicle numbers from front and back. Full details of that number will come. The number plate reader will collect the details at the entrance. After this, on reaching the exit door, again the number plate plate reader will read the number plate from both the front and back side. Then the scan of both the bars of the vehicle concerned will be matched automatically. hen with the help of GPS, the number plate reader will know from which place the entry took place and from where the withdrawal is taking place. The toll will be fixed by covering the distance on the same basis. This process will be completed in few seconds. Toll will be deducted from FASTag as soon as the exit toll booth is crossed.

Number plate is mandatory bro, abb gov esa kar rhi hai ki direct showroom se aap gadi tabhi nikal sakoge jab number available ho jayega, yeh abhi sab jagh nhi hua hai but jaha nhi hua waha pe temporary showroom se mila hua number lagana compulsory hai.
