Just tell what govt does for anything related to nature what did they do about water table going down, deforestation, Gangaram Jamuna or other rivers, garbage is in roads. Media will also make little noise and then forget it. This country is a mess.

Scientists should come out with some solutions as life is of utmost importance. Can stubbles be processed to manufacture prefab fireproof boards to be used in construction purposes e.g. covering railway stations, agricultural fields that require sheds etc. ?
