I have slight doubt , could one drive a car from Europe and register it in India,. Wouldn't it be cheaper to drive a luxury car like a G wagon directly from Europe and register it here rather than pay 3 times price of the car in taxes to buy it in India, or do we need to pay the taxed amount when re registering it in India

Dear Sir, Myself Vikas Saxena, Living in Jaipur, Rajasthan , India.I have purchased a duster base diesel model in December 2015 form Nirmal Cars , Guzar ki thadi, Jaiour, Rajasthan, India.. As it was my dream car and i have purchased the same even after having low budget but somehow i managed to purchase the same. I was very happy to get my dream car. 1) After some days the car has started giving problems of gears. Gears is giving problem and it has stuck sometimes while taking it from First to second and second to third. Then it had started giving noise some time.I usually prefer to Nirmal cars for the services and compliant as it was authorized by renault. On last complaint i had informed them for the gears problem and they had informed that problem has been fixed. But sorry to inform you that the problem is still there. None has bother to resolve the issue. 2) When i purchased car the Driver side glass support guide was damaged and Nirmal cars service centre has informed that it is out of stock and they will replace the same whenever it will be in stock. 14 months passed it was not available in stock. It had been replaced after 15 months. This is the situation of your service support. 3) I have purchased a stereo from Nirmal Cars but it had created lot of problems. N numbers of time they had adjusted and committed to repair and replace the same but it was not replaced. after 15 months they had charged me Rs. 3000/- and replace the same. This is very unethical when i was complaining for the same from warranty times. This is very unethical. My humble request to you sir kindly look into the matter and resolve the issues. As Duster has come in a very safe driving catagory cars. Gears problem is not a simple problem. Gears are slipping like anything. It has only run 23000 km. It is a very bad situation for me as i had purchased this car beyond my purchasing capacity and after that i am getting this kind of support. Kindly do the needful. Ethically you should give replacement of my car as Gear problem is very serious issue and it may cause an accident too while driving on highways. I hope you will understand the needs and take some ethical decision to keep in mind that if you were at my place what will you do.
