'dosa fry' for some reason is a hot selling south indian variety... The grand thali wth the surprise roti was sumptuous,( its a trend to include one/more... paneer/golden gravy sabzi in gujrati thali, even in marriage menu s)... khandvi, patra, dhoklas are all timers... sweet corn is loved by one nd all.. Come winters, and there s til/peanut chikki s, khajoor rolls, n the v famous aradiya s... the rose petal chikki is also preffered a lot... "SS"... needs no description... its unbeatable in mithai variations... My mama used to live in one of the houses right behind the nirmala convent fire station namkeen and other food stalls. Back then there were no shops this was an open space there is an eggroll wala there as well. I used to visit every year in summer as a kid. Seeing this area after so many years brings back such lovely memories ❤
