I never knew there is so much to eat in Shimla. Everytime I had gone there I ended up eating at some average place and hence never felt happy and satiated. tihar also has in delhi n many other in AP, Telangana, etc.apart from food thr r lot of public/infra services like low cost housing, road making, furniture, fabrication, SWM, etc. skills which can have practical demand in market n with SHGs they can offer single vendor all services in thr local area.

@shantanu rao don't sweep everybody with same broom as not everyone is hardened criminal. most crime r committed due to situation rather than cold blood and even then if person relaise his mistake n contribute back to society on voluntary basis than every possible avenue need to given to him since all major jails of India are over crowded due to shortage of prisons and US prison making n thr running is given to private enterprises like being done for other public sector services.

Sir Takka bench has a history In British times people used to rent the bench here, for the sunrise view (it used to have a beautiful view of lush green forest at that time) and read the books/newspapers, it must be written around there.
