Ummm... Bahut hi umda hai...! with the finger and hand action. That is the gold certificate of taste. I lived in Shakti Nagar during my student days in the 90s. I don't remember these places, but next time I am in Delhi, I will visit them.

Seen your SHAKTI NAGAR Vlog I’m regular to most of the places you covered but one Iconic Eating place you left or missed is APNI DUKAN in SHAKTI Nagar I’m eating Poori Aaloo Chana there since 1981 and still eating there. I rate best and it tastes same as in 1980s. Must try to visit this

I was a day scholar at Hindu and i, therefore didn't go to these places much as i used to live close by at Timarpur. Hostellers must have been frequenting these joints more. Moreover at that time( 1976- 81) that we were at the campus doing our graduation and PG, students had perhaps less money in their pockets. Roadside stalls weren't as many in number. Our college canteens were good enough and the Great coffee house served great food( keema dosa etc). Foodscape at Knags has changed a lot. Anubhav ji ko bahut anubhav hai.

At Om Ji I started eating samosa Cholle in 1980s my college was just above this shop,those days there were no chole Bhathure just samosa or Kachori chole and Gulab Jamun I use to eat minimum 4 samosa chole and once eaten 8 samosa 4plates
