I can’t thank the owner of this channel enough for posting these gems. I’m binge watching, while I go on cleaning my kitchen for the 23rd day straight. As I watch (or rather listen) to these episodes, my fear is cooking is lessened, and after a lifetime of cooking failure, feel confident to try again. Thank you, thank you, thank you, wherever you are in the world. ❤

Thank you Arianna for your very kind comments. I am glad you feel confident to start cooking again. Delia’s recipes always work and I’m sure whatever you make will be a success. Happy cooking!

I had always heard of Delia someone whenever I watched British reality shows. I watch plenty of British tv and am aware of the other popular cooking shows and chefs. I don’t why I did not look her up earlier but Ms. Delia Smith is already my favorite. To the point, very well presented and she crams so many tips/helpful suggestions for the viewers. Thank you to the channel owner and Delia.

Loving these series of Delia, notice her portion sizes? I have fond memories of watching her with my Mum and eagerly awaiting one of her cookery books as a Christmas present. Happy simple times!

I enjoy watching Delia's videos, the least of which is that they're still timely for 2023. However, perhaps the terminology has changed or maybe it's a British thing? I'd call these crepes, not pancakes.

No, these are pancakes. The fat smaller puffy ones (which Americans call pancakes) we call Scotch pancakes or drop scones.

This is completely ridiculous today. Who the hell has the money to do this?
