Chocolate, confectionarys whatever are a snack. There aimed at someone on the road who needs a bit of fuel. They're obviously also another stream of revenue, but can be a service partucularly on long journeys. Its like anything and everything else in life; one must take responsibility for what they do (consume). Making fruit and vegetables affordable would help. Salt is much much worse....

when you are on the road needing a bit of fuel you don't want to get some fruit from a newsagent
