Of course, you can experiment with fillings, but the combination of pita bread with bacon and cheese is very successful. Lavash is fried in a pan before serving, it turns out with a fried crispy crust, the cheese melts, the bacon lets out juice, everything is saturated with greens and it turns out very tasty. Be sure to cook and please yourself and your loved ones with a very tasty, tender and juicy snack!

✦ Gouda cheese - 150 g
✦ sour cream (fat content 15%) - 1 tbsp.
