Hahaha! It has been a minute since we recorded a full cooking video. We love getting these from our favorite food truck but the line and wait time has just gotten ridiculous. Hey Rob this looks like one of the best Birria taco recipes I’ve ever seen. I’ve been toying with Birria tacos in the last few months and I was planning to make a video this summer but we’ll see. Can I ask why you think the pressure cooker is the best of the three methods? Is it because it’s the quickest? I’ve been using the crockpot for mine and I used short ribs because for some reason they are cheaper than chuck roast lately. No idea why lol. Birria is definitely a labor of love but IH SO WORTH IT!! I’m gonna try with bay leaves and cinnamon next time . Excellently done. Full watch and left you a like my friend. Hope you and your family are having a nice summer so far!!

Thank you so much. We did have some short ribs in there too but I did not show us cutting those up. For us, the pressure cooker kept more of the original spice of the peppers. The stovetop did well but required a lot of stirring during the process. I'm not sure why but the slow cooker lost quite a bit of the heat from the peppers. My son summed it up best when he said "Dad, it looks like it should be really spicy but it has no heat." LOL We are going to do a chicken version of it soon. Hoping it turns out just as good.
