That restaurant looks really modern on the inside. I love how they brought out so many sides to go along with your meal and eating grilled meats over hot charcoal grill is the best way to bring out the flavor of the meats. Hey PimpRacha! That's so great that you were able to go to a nice dinner with your family, and loved the fact that they use real charcoal there. We bet it makes the meat taste amazing. Butters would have loved that Kimchi.. she loves it! It looks like they give you a lot of banchan choices. Listening to the grilling meat sounded so good. It's always nice when you have great service and he's lucky he got such a good tip. We love buckwheat noodles too, and so awesome they are home made there. Never had egg custard before, but great that your daughter enjoyed it. $107.17 isn't bad for all the food you got. Seemed like they weren't stingy with the food. Great video and love you to the mother effin' moon!!

I do make my own kimchi, it's easy. I use Maangchi's recipes. I also make a quick version using white cabbage and another with rutabaga. I can't always get napa cabbage or Korean radish. My brother hates it and he hates the smell, so I make it in the garden shed 😊😋

Once you have salted it properly, you need to rinse it before you add the spice slurry. I like it at the 2.5 days stage, when it is just turning sour 😋

You have to ask the waiter each time you want some meat but you can order 3-4 meats at a time. My first order I got the three different types of kalbi they offer and ribeye bulgogi and I estimate that they brought out about 3-4 pounds of food. The kalbi is double cut meaning its about twice as thick as what you would find at Jin. As far as meat selection goes, I think they might have even more options than Jin. However at Jin you get fried rice, soup, japchae, wings, ect. This place is only meat, bonchon, and rice. I recently went to both just to compare. I think the meat quality and taste is much better at handam but the service is pretty lackluster, while Jin offers convenience since you can just get the stuff you want and more non-meat options. Check it out the next time you're thinking of AYCE korean bbq
