It’s been a while since we treated ourselves to an indulgent holiday, and since road trips are the thing to do now, we decided to revisit this verdant oasis, a 180-acre coffee plantation nestled in the hills of Coorg. Our first luxe vacation after a long time, we wanted it to be special; and so we enlisted the assistance of the team at The Tamara who spared no effort to curate an amazing experience for our stay - from our cottage ‘in the sky’ with a breathtaking view, to refreshing nature trails, rejuvenating spa therapies, personalised coffee brewing, and bespoke dining conveying the cuisine of the land in spectacular settings in the lap of nature. kishore amanna seems to speak a hybrid of punjabi-indian and american. i think they were eating coorgi wild boar meat. they called it 'pandri' which is the tamil (thamizh) word for 'pig.'
