Yea, I like the Italian sausage better, but I've turned hamburger meat into Italian meat simply by adding the garlic like you did and adding Italian seasoning, oregano and basil to the mix. Less oregano and basil than Italian seasoning. Mama only added the Italian seasoning and that's good too.

Lasagna is one of our favorite meals! I use cottage cheese in my sauce because we don’t like Ricotta cheese. So I just put my cottage cheese into my sauce and let it melt down and then use my mozzarella on top of sauce. I always like the noodles that you boil. Has a better taste to me. Lasagna - so yummy, I've never made it with cottage cheese, may give it a try. My sis puts pepperoni in hers - adds a little kick to it. Love looking at the stars 🙂 My boys and I would sit on the deck wrapped in covers all cozy in the fall just looking at the stars. They even picked specific stars for the grandparents and uncle that have passed on. 🥰 Such a wonderful memory for us all. Thank you for sharing a bit of your day and yummy looking meals.

I make my family lasagna. My mother in law in Italian she show me the Italian way to make lasagna. I make my mother in law way. My family love the mennonite way. Mennonite way of making lasagna we use 4 cheese and ground beef and pork mixer and homemade lasagna noodles.some time my kids love when I stuff the lasagna noodles and roll it up I call roll up lasagna.

Wonderful video Falon your lasagna looks amazing made my mouth water I love being outside at night so peaceful and like you said you can hear all the bugs and we see a lot of rabbits and I always see a bobcat and raccoons but the mosquitoes have been so bad down here in Florida we have had so much rain the Water is laying in the ditches you definitely have to put bug spray on if you were going to sit outside in the evening.
