delicious EGG CURRY in 30 min - comfort food - indian dish - easy

I make curries in many variations. This egg curry is a simple recipe and easy to make.
The chilli powder I’m using is very spicy so I only added 3 tsp. Adjust yours according to preference less or more.
I truly hope you will try this and enjoy it. Have them with bread or rice. I had mine with rice and cabbage mushroom stir fry.

Trish they are widely available in the US Asian grocery section. Or skip directly to the tomato step and add extra 1/2 tomato with a little water. At the end of cooking after yogurt just add 1 tablespoon lemon juice. I make this version too and they taste almost the same. 😊❤ happy cooking
