Delicious fresh cabbage salad - now I cook it every day!
Delicious and simple fresh cabbage salad.
Light, fresh salad for every day.
To make a young cabbage salad:
Fresh cabbage - 300 g
Cucumber - 1 pc. (150 g)
Carrots - 0.5 pcs. (70-80 g)
Dill - small bunch
Vinegar 6% - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - 0.5 tsp
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
1. Finely chop the cabbage. Cut the cucumber into large cubes, carrots into small strips. Chop the dill finely.
2. For dressing, mix vegetable oil, vinegar, salt and sugar. Stir and season the salad.
