DELICIOUS Homemade Chicken Panang Curry! | How to Make Panang Curry

Welcome back to Mei Lian's Kitchen! Today we have a special curry dish for you! We are making a chicken panang curry! Thai curries have a completely different and unique tastes compared to other types of curries, and is definitely recommended!

Ingredients
9 oz chicken breast
9 oz russett potato
3 oz broccoli
3 oz carrot
7 oz coconut milk
1 cup water
1 ½ tbsp panang curry paste
1 tbsp sugar
½ tsp chicken powder
½ tsp salt
Chicken Seasoning
1 tsp olive oil
½ tsp cornstarch
¼ tsp salt

Hi! I just made this couple days ago and came here to say it was so delicious! So yummy! Instead of the potato and broccoli I used bamboo shoots, bell pepper, and red onion. I added Thai chili and fish sauce as well 🤩 can't wait to try other recipes you post! Thank you!!
