mate try a chicken breast and butterfly it then use the knife to lightly base it sharp side on both side of chicken then turn with chicken breast to first cut open side then season that side only with cracked black pepper then molden flake salt then old bay season lightly and not the hot one just standard . and place in a fry pan with butter in and sizzling on a low to med and keep turning till cooked to 75c or just bellow . yum

Hi kieth have had them the bbq 1 his probably the best on the market delicious i tryed it on me bacon this morning and fell in love with it and your bang on in the bag over night what a diffrent have only used mine on chicken drumsticks putting deep cuts to the bone and it really penetrates the meat a know you dont like lemen but the lemon pepper on chicken his dead nice great vid as usual hope your both well now reguards to nat
