Clarify ko lang yung sa temperature baka kasi typo error. Nakalagay kasi sa video 160C/ 350F pero yung 350F ay 180C pag na-convert. Excited na akong gawin yung recipe yung temp na lang yung kulang.☺️☺️☺️

I followed your recipe but my dough did not increase in size, even for little bit after after one. What am I doing wrong? Can I use more instant yeast?

Did you make sure that your yeast is still alive?

The same happened to me and my yeast is alive. Some monay recipes with 4 cups of flour call for 2 tsp of yeast instead of just 1 tsp. And a total of 1 cup of liquid (water/milk mix). I will try it with these changes next time.

Ideally , for every cup of flour needs 1/2 teaspoon of yeast in baking. Is 1 teaspoon of yeast in your ingredients correct?

try the slap and knead method para mas mabilis mag from ung gluten. :) Practice makes perfect, don't give up. :)
