Ingredients:
For preparing dried masala
cumin seed- 1/2 tsn
coriander seeds- 1/2tsn
black pepper corn-1/2tsn
green cardomom- 4
dried red chilli-3
cinnamon- 1inch
Roast & grind it in form of coarse powder.
For recipe
oil+butter- 2tbsn both
onion paste- 1/2 cup/ from 1medium size onion
ginger garlic paste- 2 tsn
salt-as per taste
coarse pepper -1/2 tsn
hot water-1/4 cup
curd-1/2 cup
cashew paste- from 12-15 cashews
kasoori methi-1 tsn
prepared masala
fresh cream-1/4 cup
green coriander leaves
For tadka
oil-1tbsn
diced onion -1/2
tomato-1/2
green chilli-2
bell peppers & capsicum - optional

cooking time -20min
