INGREDIENTS
For the Curry
Oil - 5tbsp
Bayleaf - 1no
Cinnamon(1” piece) - 2nos
Green cardamom - 3nos
Black cardamom - 1no
Cloves - 3nos
Cumin - 1½ tsp
Onion sliced - 2cups
Garlic Chopped - 1tbsp
Ginger chopped - 1tbsp
Green chilli - 1no
Kashmiri chilli powder - 2tsp
Turmeric - ½ tsp
Coriander powder - 1½ tbsp
Curd - 2tbsp
Tomato sliced - 4cups
Salt
Kasoori methi powder - a pinch
Garam masala - a pinch
Coriander chopped - a handful
For Mushrooms -
Oil - 1tbsp
Butter - 1tbsp
Mushrooms diced - 2cups
Matar - 1½ cups
Salt
