Water 4-6 Cups or as required

Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 3-4

Kashmiri/ Degi lal mirch (Kashmiri/Degi Red chilli) powder 1/2 tsp
Kuti Lal mirch (Red chilli flakes) 1 tsp

Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1/2 tsp
Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1/2 Cup
Tamatar (Tomatoes) peeled and chopped 3 medium
Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 2
For Garnishing:
Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
