Delicious Oatmeal Cookies with Apples - No Sugar and Flour, in 5 minutes!

Want to make something delicious and healthy in minutes? These oatmeal cookies with apples are easy to make, light and incredibly flavorful. And most importantly - it's made without sugar and flour, gluten-free healthy cookies for your health!
Ingredients:
- Oatmeal - 110 gr
- Milk - 70 gr
- Egg - 1 pc
- Vanillin - 1 tsp
- Peeled apples - 1 large or 2 medium apples
Recipe:
1. In a large bowl, mix oatmeal, milk, egg and vanillin until a smooth dough forms.
2. Grate the apples coarsely and add them to the batter, mix well.
3. Form cookies from the dough from the resulting mass and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until the cookies are golden.
Done!!! Your flavorful oatmeal cookies with apples are ready to eat. Enjoy this wonderful treat any time of the day knowing that it is not only delicious, but also good for your health!
