Made this tonight and managed to buy the Aji Amarillo paste from Amazon. This recipe was easy to put together and cook and the flavours are amazing, bit of sweetness and a kick from the chilli paste, will certainly be a regular on our menu. thanks Scott for another amazing delicious recipe 5 stars all the way

Made it for dinner-I used chipotle chilli paste. Taste was tremendous. I’m not a big spice fan so probably more a desert spoon and just perfect on taste buds…so good😋😋 Amazing dish Scott 😋

Cusqueña Gold is the main lager of Peru but I honestly don't think it would change the flavour if you just used a typical euro lager or pilsner.

You could but the malt flavours from the beer are a key flavour .
