Have you ever tasted great Polish cucumber soup? Sour or fermented cucumber soup should definitely not be missing from your diet! In Poland, this soup is a traditional delicacy and is prepared in every family. Cucumbers give the soup a slightly sour taste and vegetable broth give the soup a strong base. Cucumber soup is excellent for warming up in the winter months and can also correct the results of exuberant parties. The soup also includes dill. Try the traditional Polish specialty! List of ingredients:
Onions 120 grams
Parsley 150 grams
Celery 180 grams
Carrots 180 grams
Potatoes 500 grams
Oil
Butter 60 grams
Pepper and salt
Strong broth 1.5 liters
Fermented cucumbers (or pickles) 600 grams
Cucumber infusion (minimum 150 ml)
Spoon of sugar
Dill
