6 weeks ago had oral surgery and only now I am eating most stuff my condition is rare and serious: ONJ (osteonecrosis of the jaw). glad you are better and will be fine

I eat a yogurt called “Two Good”. It only has 2 g of sugar and 12 g of protein. And only 80 cal per yogurt. And they have many flavors. You should try them. I’m sure you would like your fruit at the bottom better, but the Two Good are a healthier option if you want to eat more yogurt throughout the year.

Yes my wife has the Two Good in the fridge. You are right ... only 2G of sugar so I am not a big fan.
